10-Month Group Coaching Program
Ongoing education, individualized coaching in a group setting, and the sustained community that turns real change into a real life — week after week, for ten months.
The Pattern Most of Us Know
You’ve probably felt it — that moment of real clarity after a retreat, a breakthrough session, a book that changed everything. And then, slowly, without quite noticing when it happened, the old grooves began to reassert themselves. The day-to-day reasserted itself. The change you felt so sure of faded at the edges.
“I know what I want. I’ve even seen glimpses of it. But without something holding me accountable week to week, I drift back to old patterns.”
“I do the work in isolation, but something is missing — a community of people who actually understand what I’m working toward.”
“I need more than occasional inspiration. I need structure, depth, and someone who will both challenge and celebrate me over time.”
Why This Works
In every tradition I’ve studied — 12-step recovery, Jewish Mussar, coaching science, the teachings of the great spiritual teachers — the truth keeps surfacing: sustained change happens in community. Not just in the presence of others, but in the particular alchemy that arises when a group of people commits, together, to going deeper.
Mastery is not an event. It is a practice. And momentum doesn’t build in a single session — it builds week after week, in the accumulation of small acts of courage and the witness of people who know your name and your story.
This program is where those two things meet: rigorous, ongoing education — new frameworks, new tools, new understanding of how you work and why — alongside individualized coaching in the group setting, where your specific life gets attention and your unique gifts are both honored and challenged.
Ten months is long enough for something to truly change. It’s also, in my experience, exactly the right amount of time to move from initial breakthrough to genuine, embodied transformation.
Is This for You?
You’ve done inner work before and you’re ready to go further — not just with new insight, but with new levels of embodied, lived change.
You want a community of intentional people around you — not just a support group, but a learning community with real rigor and depth.
You thrive when you’re held accountable — when your commitments are witnessed, and when someone you trust calls you gently but honestly toward your best self.
You’re ready to invest a full season of your life in something that will continue bearing fruit long after the ten months end.
What You Receive
Each week brings new curriculum: frameworks, practices, and tools drawn from coaching science, 12-step principles, Jewish Mussar, spiritual traditions, and the insights of master teachers. This is not passive learning — it’s material you integrate through practice and conversation.
Even within the group, your specific life matters. Each session creates space for your questions, your obstacles, your breakthroughs. You will receive personalized coaching alongside and within the group context — not a one-size-fits-all approach, but real attention to where you are.
We meet weekly — virtually, or in person for Denver-area locals. These are not drop-in sessions. They are a commitment to each other, building over time into something richer and deeper than any single meeting could be.
Ten months is intentional. It is long enough for the work to move from your head into your bones, from insight into habit, from aspiration into daily reality. By the end, you won’t just know more — you’ll live differently.
Investment
This is a group program. All participants invest the same amount, and every person receives the full richness of both the curriculum and the individualized coaching within the group.
Payment plans available — please mention this when we speak.
Go All the Way
Many people find it powerful to begin with the 8-week Doorway to Your Life program — clearing the ground, identifying the core patterns — and then carry that momentum directly into Mastery and Momentum. When you join both together, you save on the combined investment.

Questions
Two things set this program apart. First, the ongoing education component: each week brings new curriculum, so this is a genuine learning program as well as a coaching container. Second, the individualized coaching within the group — your particular life and particular obstacles receive real attention, not just general guidance. It’s a group, but you’re not invisible in it.
Life happens. Please reach out in advance whenever possible, and we’ll work with you. Consistent attendance matters for the community as well as for your own transformation, so we do ask for a genuine commitment — but missing an occasional session won’t remove you from the program.
Groups are kept intentionally small to preserve the intimacy and depth that make individualized coaching possible within the group setting. Please reach out for current group size and availability.

Yes. Please mention this when we speak and we’ll find an arrangement that works for you.
Ten months from now, your life will have changed — because time passes regardless. The question is only whether it changes by intention or by default. Let’s talk about what intentional looks like for you.
