8-Week Coaching Program
An 8-week journey from the life you’ve been living to the life that’s been waiting for you — with coaching, tools, and practices rooted in real transformation.
Does This Sound Familiar?
“I have a sense of who I want to be — of what my life could feel like — but there’s a gap between that vision and where I actually stand each morning.”
“Every time I try to change, I end up right back where I started. I’m beginning to wonder if something is just wired wrong in me.”
“I’ve read the books. I’ve had the insights. And still, the same old patterns persist. I need more than information — I need something to actually shift.”
The Doorway
One of the deepest things I’ve learned in fifty years of music, healing, and coaching is this: the pain, the pattern, the obstacle you keep bumping into is not your enemy. It never was.
It is your doorway.
“The problem is not the problem. The problem is the Box — the set of instructions we’ve been following, often unconsciously, that keeps leading us back to the same place. The Doorway is what becomes visible the moment we stop fighting what’s in the way and get curious about it instead.”
I spent years following the instructions on the box — building a career, fitting in, doing what was expected — while an inner voice kept whispering that there was more. It took a health crisis, a spiritual reckoning, and a lot of hard-won wisdom before I understood: that voice wasn’t a disruption. It was a guide.
This 8-week program is built on everything I’ve learned in that journey, and from the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of others in theirs.
Is This for You?
You’re at a threshold — a life transition, a loss, a sense that something must change — and you want support that goes deeper than advice.
You’re a sensitive, thoughtful person who has done some inner work and is ready to take it further with the right guide and structure.
You want tools you’ll actually use — grounded in real science, real spirituality, and real human experience — not theory.
You’re willing to turn toward what’s hard, because somewhere in you, you know that’s exactly where your life is waiting.
The Program
Doorway to Your Life draws on 12-step principles, Jewish Mussar (the ancient practice of soul-trait cultivation), coaching science, poetry, music, and the wisdom of teachers from multiple traditions. Every week builds on the last, and every session is designed to move you — not just to a new insight, but to a new way of being.
You’ll choose the format that fits where you are:

Go Deeper
Many people find that after 8 weeks, they want the sustained momentum of a longer container. If you’re ready to commit to both Doorway to Your Life and Mastery and Momentum together, you can bundle them and save.

Questions
If you’re in a particularly tender or complex place in your life, or if you simply work best in a private container, 1:1 is likely your path. If you’re drawn to community and learning alongside others — and you’re open to being shaped by their stories as well as your own — group can be a surprisingly powerful experience. If you’re not sure, book a clarity session and we’ll figure it out together.
None at all. This program draws from multiple traditions, but it belongs to no single one. What matters is that you’re open — to looking honestly at your own life and to the possibility that something can shift. People of every background and belief system have done this work.
This often makes the program richer, not redundant. People who have done prior therapy, coaching, or spiritual work frequently find that the Doorway framework gives them a new way to understand and integrate what they already know — and helps them finally move through places where they’ve been stuck.
Please reach out via the clarity session to find out about current group offerings and availability. 1:1 can begin as soon as we schedule your first session.
Yes. Please mention this when we speak and we’ll find an arrangement that works for you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to take one step toward it. That’s what a clarity session is — a conversation, not a commitment. Let’s find out together whether this is right for you.
